A. A FOREIGNER WITH REASONABLE AND CONFIRMABLE JOB OR BUSINESS.

Q. WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF BUYING A HOME?

A. Once you contact us at 4ward Synergy Resources Limited, communication is opened between the buyer, 4ward Synergy Resources Ltd our U.S.A licensed real estate associate who notify the title company who is the legal firm between the seller and (you) the buyer, a closing paper is drawn up which you or your representative is to sign in the USA after the deposit payment is wired directly to the title company’s account in the U.S.A.

Q. IS THE BUYER REQUIRED TO BE PRESENT AT CLOSING?

A. If the buyer is making outright payment and he is not available to travel to USA the documents will be mailed to the U.S.A embassy in Nigeria where the signing of the final closing papers will be signed in the presence of a Notary Public.

In the case of a buyer who is applying for a mortgage, the presence will be require to sign all necessary documents after making the initial deposit
